The Ghost of Grange Hoose

Grange Hoose was built in 1564 for Sir John Hamilton. It wis a long rectangle on plan, with a square projection near the centre of the South side, containing a staircase. It sat jist along the road fi the current Grange Skill, near the Boolin Green.
Sadly, it wis demolished in 1906, an effin disgrace, the kind i hoose thit Binnz designs these days tae, fur a tidy sum.
