Coco Finlazhad, a member of the Iraqi Popular Front Party meets out summary justice to Ali Shi-ite, a member of the minority Opposition & Unionist Party after attempting to post an Election poster outside IPF party headquarters.
Mr Shi-ite, who required dental treatment, later reported the matter to the newly formed Iraqi Police, claiming he was "bumped and intimidated".
Smiling officers, who have more important crimes to solve, later confirmed that they had told him to "faq off back ti Kirkuk".
