Nero Fiddles While Gordon Burns
After nearly 20 years I finally managed to see Half-Man Half-Biscuit in concert last night at the Liquid Rooms in Edinburgh and they were bloody fantastic. For all those who enjoyed the band there is an excellent website here which has full annotations about what all the pop cultural references mean in their songs. So that's who Jimmy Clitheroe is.

Ah saw thum in '87 it Coasters in Edinburgh. Ah believe they're still in the DSS, as it is noo.
