I saw on the website Boing Boing that they had a thing about children's programmes that unintentionally scared them when they were younger (Sesame Street, etc). Well, the opening credits to 'The Tomorrow People' had that effect on me and still does. Or maybe it was the 1970s fashions that originally frightened me.
