I agree. Only in a place with such wonderful community spirit as Bo'ness could you buy a Brown Fish Supper and be offered salt, vinegar, sauce, a pickled onion and a Toffee Penny from Frank's tin.
Would that this sort of community spirit could be rediscovered nationwide!
