It wasn't recent (last August), but Hollywood shortarse Christian Slater walked by me when I was waiting at a bus stop in Edinburgh.

The Film Festival is the best one. I've come within arm's length of Cate Blanchett, Rachel Weiz, Kate Winslet, Saffron Burrows and Olivia Williams, though not at the same time. Actually, I have photos of Kate Winslet & Saffron Burrows just to prove it, if you're interested.
