




I have stolen these photos from my brother's collection of a day trip to a windswept Blackpool. I wasn't there, so maybe those who were could fill in the blanks of what actually happened on that particular trip.

Aahh, Lesley Bun. I couldny comment oan whit went oan in Blackpool, or mair ti the point, oan the bus hame. Needless ti say though, when we arrived in Blackpool oan a pishin wi rain Sunday, aw th pubs wur shut, is it wis Sunday, n we hud ti buy a cairry oot until the pubs opened again.Catalogue style photies oan the beach n the prom.
The oanly bit i this day trip ah kin remember is it being pishn i rain n sittn in the pub it the entrance ti the Pleesure Beach, near ti yon laughing clown.
